Companion Annexe is a medium weight Australian made woven polyester canvas specially designed for the walls of a caravan annex and tents. The construction ensures the material is durable and compact making it suitable if erected and packed away on a regular basis. Strong yet light and supple enough to fit an array of wet weather scenarios. When outdoor protection needs to be capable of handling the roughest and toughest a sunburnt country has to offer, Companion offers external protection fabrics for caravan annexe walls and fixed awnings that are the strongest, most durable available in the market. Companion is finished with a selection of coloured stripes to suit any colour theme.

Maintenance:
For cleaning a canvas awning, water-based stains should be treated first by rinsing with cold water. If this is not sufficient, canvas fabrics may be gently washed with fragrance-free soap and warm water, then rinsed thoroughly with clean water. It is critical that you do not use high pressure hoses when rinsing. Clean the underside in the same way you clean the topside. It’s a good idea also to wash and rinse the metal frame too. The underside often collects grease from open windows, vents, and BBQs, so use grease-cutting dish soap if necessary. After the awning fabric is clean, it should have pretreatment to prevent mildew, block UV, and to either water resistant or waterproof the material.
